Workers Compensation

At our firm, we represent people who have been injured on-the-job.  South Carolina's Workers Compensation law is drafted to protect workers who are hurt on-the-job and covers most workers in South Carolina. This legislation requires employers to compensate their employees for injuries or death and employers must pay benefits regardless of fault.
